Chicken Italian


Recipe:
- 3 lbs. Whole Frying Chicken, skinned OR use 3 lbs. Skinned Chicken Breasts
- 2 tblsps. Lemon Juice
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- Oregano
- 2 tblsps. Olive Oil
- 2 tblsps. Dry White Wine
Preparation:
- If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
- Blend marinades of all the remaining ingredients.
- Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
- Bake in greased pan at 375 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
