Recipe:
3 lbs. Whole Frying Chicken, skinned OR use 3 lbs. Skinned Chicken Breasts
2 tblsps. Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Oregano
2 tblsps. Olive Oil
2 tblsps. Dry White Wine
Preparation:
If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
Blend marinades of all the remaining ingredients.
Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
Bake in greased pan at 375 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
