4 Beef Cutlets (tenderized) or Veal or Chicken
1 Egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Heat oil in skillet.
Roll cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry on each side until brown.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
