Barbecue Breast of Lamb


Recipe:
- 3 lb. Lamb Breast
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 medium Oranges
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Cup Chili Sauce
- tsp. Coarse Pepper
- 2 tblsp. Honey
Preparation:
Cut lamb breast into serving size portions.
Grate 1 tblsp. peel and squeeze ? cup juice from 1 orange.
In a small bowl mix orange peel, juice, chili sauce and remaining ingredients.
Set aside.
Place lamb in open roasting pan and pour sauce mixture over it.
Place in 325 F oven for 2 ? hours or until tender, basting with sauce occasionally.
Meanwhile, slice rest of oranges crosswise.
During the last 15 minutes of cooking time, add orange slices to lamb to heat through.
