Chicken Italian




Recipe:


  • 3 lbs. Whole Frying Chicken, skinned OR use 3 lbs. Skinned Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tblsps. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • Oregano
  • 2 tblsps. Olive Oil
  • 2 tblsps. Dry White Wine
Preparation:
  1. If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
  2. Blend marinades of all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake in greased pan at 375 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
