Recipe:


  • 4 Beef Cutlets (tenderized) or Veal or Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Roll cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry on each side until brown.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
